• Better understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and benefits of building soft skills in the context of school activities
• Opportunity to influence the focus, design, and implementation of the services for building transversal skills among young learners through their participation in activities related to linking educational design to learning requirements as well as participation in evaluation activities
• Establishment of a close-knit community among all stakeholders, i.e. teachers, schools, learning design experts, ICT-service providers, and policy makers for the exchange of expertise towards the establishment of value adding services that promote educational practices that lead to the development of digital skills and soft skills as well as quality educational services that exploit the added value of emerging technology and pedagogies
